There are 6-9 daily flights on various airlines between Karachi and Dubai, the regional air traffic hub. There are 2 daily non-stop flights between Dubai and New York, 10 daily flights between Dubai and London and at least 1-3 daily flight between Dubai and most other destinations in the world.

Travelers from almost all countries require Visas to visit Pakistan. These are easily available through the Consulates / High Commissions in almost all countries. HSI will be pleased to provide invitation letter to patients and their caregivers / attendants wanting to avail this treatment.

Ambulance service can be provided to take patients directly from the Airport to the hospital at a charge of US$ 75 one way. Overseas patients wishing to go directly from the airport to the hospital and return immediately upon treatment can easily be accommodated.

Chauffer driven rent-a-car facilities offered by Avis, Budget, Europe Car are also available at US$ 180- US$300 per day and can be arranged through HSI, the hotel or directly.

In addition to fast food chains such as McDonalds, Pizza Hut, KFC, Dominos, Papa John’s Pizza, Costa Coffee, Dunkin Donuts which offer eat in and delivery services, a large variety of international cuisine such as Italian, French, Chinese, Japanese, Korean, Continental, Persian, Arabic and Thai is available through local hotels and restaurants. Most restaurants offer dine in and efficient delivery services as well.
